Naomi Kutin seems like a typical eleven year old Orthodox Jewish girl. Watching her lift almost three times her bodyweight tells a different story.
When Naomi, a 9 year old Orthodox Jewish girl, sets a powerlifting world record – “Supergirl” is born. As she fights to hold on to her title as the world’s strongest girl, she faces pressure from her parents, grapples with conservative religious obligations, and confronts serious health issues. Ultimately, as Naomi grows up, she must come to terms with her own growing body and discovers that her true strength is not in her muscles but in her heart.
